Lake Pillans Wetlands — Attraction in Lithgow

I came across the wetlands by accident as I was at the adjacent Blast Furnace ruins. As a new bird spotting enthusiast I enjoyed seeing the surprisingly diverse bird life. Good little place for a walk or a picnic. I have also seen a few people fishing here for trout. There are benches and some exercise equipment within the park.
