Took us 6.5 hours return, we wanted to go another way but the river current was too strong we couldn’t cross the river! The walk itself was so nice, you are walking along the water most of the time. There are some elevations but not much, it’s very doable. You will need a certain amount of fitness though. It’s unsealed road going in but you will be able to get there with a regular car, just drive safe. There are no reception here so load your maps in advance. Went on a weekday and it’s very quiet!
