Blue Lake — Attraction in Melbourne

Nice for walk but if anyone think it’s a blue lake when they see it has got to be kidding themselves. Looks almost like an ordinary lake to me with a very slight slight tinge of green. We went here on one of the hottest days of the year and it was unsurprisingly quite busy. There is a bit of a trek to get to the lake from the car park. The water feels like it might be a bit stagnant. It's a pity the Labor Victoria government don't make other lakes like the Yan Yean Reservoir accessible to the public...

A great place to have a nice walk and chill out by the lake. You can swim here too just watch for broken bottles and sharp pieces.
