As an avid local walker and nature aficionado I've explored just about every track and trail there is to see around me. This one is the most basic of basic. It's a 1km kind of random middle-of-nowhere gravel circuit. There's some trees and some grass. An undercover picnic table and some park benches. A paddock next door with cows. A teeny tiny wetland. Some birdsong. If you were lucky you might even see an animal (probably a dog someone is taking for a walk). There are powerlines close by too; which I noticed mainly because there's so little else to see. There are much better tracks with much better vistas nearby (Cardinia Reservoir and Lysterfield Lake come to mind). I guess if you were nearby you could stop here. Not sure why you would, though...

I really want to say, “Don’t bother”. The only reason I went with two stars rather than one was that the gravel tracks are reasonably well maintained. There is a circuit that’s barely 1km around... basically nothing. At the far side there is a tantalising glimpse of what looks like a lovely lake, but it seems to be on private land. The creek and small ponds in the park itself are negligible and need TLC.

It is a nice short walk in the bush. Views of farms for as far as the eyes can see. No drinking water, no toilet in this parkland. There are couple of benches, one shaded area and open parking in terms of facilities. There are plans in place for more development. Couldn't find any restriction for dogs, so will take our furball next time.

Found this place by accident and so happy I did! It's such a great little place for a casual stroll or walk with a dog. It's sadly only a 1km loop though. I wish it was longer because the views and nature here re so gorgeous! Love the info at the beginning too, very informative. I'm impressed that this park only had minimal rubbish...
