We had a ton of fun at the Aquapark!! (mind you, we were a bunch of 25 (or above) year-olds! ) We underestimated how challenging the activity could be 🤣 It indeed did tire us out 💦 Unfortunately, there wasn't exactly enough showers for us all to just wash up before leaving, so we had to dry ourselves with our towels and head home. So I recommend this be a one destination trip and hope you aren't heading anywhere else! 😅 Recommendations: - Do go earlier than your booked time, you will need time to find the entrance, put items in lockers and walk in (it is quite a distance to go to the aquapark) - Leave your valuables in your lockers as there won't be places to just leave it near the aquapark area - If you do go with public transportation like us, there might be some walk from the bus stop to the location, just be prepared to walk a bit! :)

A fun, well-organised and fairly-priced activity for the whole family. My group of adult friends had a blast on the aqua park and high ropes course. An hour on the inflatables flew by as we were laughing non-stop at the many spills taken - it seemed as though the course was even harder for adults than for kids! The venue is quite spacious and we easily found picnic tables to accommodate our group of ten each time we changed areas. We could see they are still building as well, so it should only improve. Shower facilities and larger lockers would be my suggestions for improving the current experience.

We did the inflatable course, a lot of fun and a great workout (especially for parents!). Getting yourself up onto the course is tougher than it looks. Water is ok temperature but I wouldn’t want to go if the weather was going to be less than 20. Will definitely do inflatables again and my 13 year old would like to try the wakeboarding next time, they offer kids sessions twice a week. We enquired and they offered lot of info and were generally helpful and friendly. Pre book your time slot and pre order drinks, you get a small discount. I was surprised to see that their licensed to sell booze too!

I think this is a fantastic park with great facilities, I just think they need to tweak a few things. We unfortunately had booked tickets for a cable climb on a day when it was terrible weather. Never having been before I rang in the morning and was told they only cancel in strong winds or lightning and that the above levels keep the lower levels from being too wet (not true) When we got there it was very windy with non stop ran. I asked if we could wait a little and was told that was OK. I thought we'd have lunch while we waited as their site says they have a Cafe. It's not so much a Cafe as a ordering desk in the shed. All seating is outside with a roof but nothing to block the wind and rain coming in sideways. Cafe blinds would be a fantastic idea on all their shelters. They also have zero gluten free options and 3 of my family have coeliac. Just 1 option would be great. As I'd booked tickets for a 5, 9, 10 and 11 year old to go on the cable with my husband, I soon realised there was nothing for my 3yr old to do for an hour while we waited in the wind and rain. A small indoor play area would be amazing. When they finally got on the cable platforms the young guy was nice but could have been a little more proactive. My 9yr old was nervous up high and ended up giving up and coming down to the area for younger kids. We had previously done climbing at clip n climb in Berwick and when he got nervous the young staff got up there with him and encouraged him. Maybe the young staff here need some training on helping and encouraging younger kids. They ended up climbing for 40mins in the wind and rain before the sun came out for the last 10mins. I think I would have appreciated the centre suggesting a reschedule up front as the poles were slippery and the kids hands got so cold making it hard to climb. I understand they are open every day in all weather and maybe it would not have been so bad for experienced climbers but being kids I thought it was a bit rough. Lastly the guy didn't ask us for the extreme ticket at any time so we completely forgot about it until the harnesses came off. Luckily they said we can save them for next time. I'm thinking they should ask for those tickets when harnessing people up. They only had 3 toilets at the Cafe end which people took up getting changed so you had to wait a bit. I'd hate to see it on a busy day. Separate changing cubicles would be a good idea. In saying all of this, the park is beautiful. The grounds are clean and neat. The water area looks amazing and is something my kids definitely want to try. They have a few BBQs around if you want to make a day of it. The Cafe staff were lovely and made a great coffee. One of them even grabbed a table from outside and pulled it inside for the party of people having their pizza on the ground which was thoughtful and kind. All in all an interesting experience that we hope to try again on a...

Ofcourse this is fun. Actually this is an adventure!

This was my first time experiencing these types of activities. I got the whole day pass and defintely worth it. I would get a whole day pass next time I go again as time flies and I don't want to rush when were having fun. I would definetely say arrive earlier as signing the waivers and forms can take time for each person if youv never been before. Lockers are quite small so very large bags or many bags may struggle to fit in.

The Aqua Park was just hilarious and so much fun. Not just for kids! Cant help but slip everywere and look silly while trying hard to crack the course. I spent nearly 2 sessions on this with the kids. Topped my expectations. Our favorite! (Be careful sliding over Velcro connector seams, can scratch).

High ropes was a great experience. Definetely great to test your climbing skills and limits as there is diferent heights and skill levels. Some of them are hard (especielly top level) and got me pretty nervous but that's what kept it so interesting and made it a good challenge. Kids enjoyed the Lower levels. The instructor really took the time to reassure my kids that they are safe, even though they were high and really took the time to help and interact with them. Very patient and kind. We made a last minute decision in the day to buy a ticket for the leap of faith in the high ropes but didn't realise the high ropes closed earlier, so we were able to exchange this for food.

I was unsuccessful in cable wakebored but I only tried it 2 or 3 times. 9 and 10 year old kids got it straight away! They loved it. Instructors help and encourage with tips on how to do it and get better. We were late to our session so got a bit confused on were to get the boreds and gear from.

The car park had alot of pot holes and it must have rained so lots of water pooling. Not the easiest car park but we managed.

Overall an amazing day out. Love this place, I will be...

Good activities themselves - we tried the aqua park, but wanted to point out a few things. 2 star rating depends on how much you prioritise the following. We did not try any of the food there so no comment on that:

Hot tip: Buy your tickets from Groupon. If you wait till the day of, you can get more discounts, from memory.

Pros: Grounds themselves were clean and staff were friendly Lockers (albeit small and limited) were provided Activities themselves were good Plenty of benches around and under shades Plenty of car park, although as expected, its gravel

Cons: They was supposed to be a safety briefing, but we did not see any. Water was brown, slimy, and was mainly clay. It tasted muddy and had quite a bit of algae, and I doubt its clorinated. It looks like makeshift pond essentially. Considering a lot of kids were there and my friend saw someone vomiting into the pond, I very much doubt its cleanliness. Be prepared for a lot of people (mainly kids) to be at the aqua park, with not a lot of oversight (there were staff on duty on the perimeter, but slippery surface + overcrowding is a recipe for disaster, especially with people hitting into one another - but hey, they made you sign the waiver form, right? The last session wasn't crowded. Changerooms, although clean, was inadequate. There was a clothes rack in the men's toilet but only 1 of the 3 slots had actual clothes hooks on them There is also only one shower for the whole aqua park (none in the men's and women's toilets) and only 3 outdoor rinsing stations (there is a button you need to constantly press, which was quite firm as well) To find out which locker you have, you have to see which locker pops open as the number that is actually displayed on the screen is weird and troublesome when there are other people using their lockers at the same time. For example, we had locker 28, but the display on the screen...
