Great place to walk. Parking is free, trail is flat, views are nice. People who enjoy travelling on slightly curved paths and looking at regular nature while elevated will go absolutely buckwild for this trail.

Downsides: Millgrove Bridge is yet to be repaired, and as such accessibility is hindered for Bikes, people with movement disabilities, and the elderly, and impossible for wheelchair users. Snake season is currently in, and if you're early on a warm/hot day, you are most likely to see one of the little danger ropes. Beautiful things, but don't walk on your phone or you might trip over one. Grass is a little long at the moment, so those with allergies or exposed ankles will go back sneezing or itchy

Overall great walk, and would highly recommend any of the sections...

Whilst this is a lovely trail, I was unaware of the fenced off bridge near Dee Road, which proved an insurmountable challenge for my ebike and toddler to take the stairs. So we drove around to Yuonga road entry point and road as far as the stairs before turning around. Parks VIC informs me that it has been off minute since 2021 and that are in the final stages now of the construction going out for tender. And that they have little influence over Google Maps not showing this issue. So I officially lodged my concerns via a Snap Send Solve report, which I recommend. The path from Yuonga road to East Warburton seemed to have a lot of debris over the track so we chose the open gravel path as a...

Daughter and dad out for a walk. We started out at Parrot Road and did a 15km round trip. Interesting hill climb at the start, but certainly got us both warm. I like how the track follows the contour of the aqueduct, meaning you are never far from shade. Fair to say that much more shade than sun - good for me when I'm walking. The tall trees are a delight to walk between and the amount of bird life means you are always immersed in the sounds of nature. The track is really well maintained. Will look for a different starting point next time so we can see more of the track. Turns out I'm not as fit as I thought I was! Thanks to Parks Vic staff for...

A great place for an easy walk in a forest. Not for adventure seeking ones, as it's a very well maintained flat and wide gravel path. The bridge is still closed, and it seems no work is being really done there. If you're walking, you can bypass it by stairs quite easily, but not with a bicycle. It would be quite an effort to get your bike to the other side, however it looks doable. There are a few picnic tables at the starting point. Dog-friendly. The closest restrooms are not too far away, on your way there you should spot them.

Pleasantly surprised with a drive to the the trial at the end of the Dee Road in Millgrove. Ample car space with stunning views of the Upper Yarra Valley. Road up the trail towards Warburton easily and it would be suitable for young family. Lots of shade with sneak views to the valley below. Walks or ride the trail are both enjoyable and whilst there is limited shade at the car park their are lots of grassed area to run around in or play ball. Paul

This is a fabulous walk in nature with the benefit of an easy trail. Lovely views, fresh air and tranquillity but also close to the beautiful township of Warburton. Currently one of the old bridges between Millgrove and Warburton is closed and the detour does require walking down quite a few steps and up but provides you with a unique view of the amazing bridge structure that you wouldn't notice otherwise. Highly recommend.
