Today, August 6th 2020. I went for my walk in the beautiful Rosanna Parklands. We are in stage four restrictions and it is mandatory to wear a mask when we're out. It appears that this is falling on deaf ears. I passed three people without one. One holding a cup, another with his mask on his wrist and two chatting, one wearing her mask on her chin whilst she loitered. The playground is also off limits, so, parents are now gathering at the foot bridge and the creek bed is the new playground for hoards of kids and more coffee cup carrying parents. This is a bloody joke and it needs to be addressed and stopped. If you want a coffee and a chat, call a friend, you're not there for exercise, so stay home.You're a bloody...
