Lake Panamaroo is accessed by 7klms of unsealed road, out of the town Menindee, NSW. When we were there about 7mths ago the lake was full the water has a greenish tinge but not algae, dead trees line the water in the lake. It is peaceful and pleasant has beach sand on the foreshore where you can camp. About halfway down the entrance road there are little entrances to lower banked camping spots and even some beaches great for launching kayaks.
