I spent some time walking along the beach, and the calm atmosphere was truly refreshing. It’s a great place to clear your mind and take in the beauty of the coastline. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Usually very safe. Heaps of sand and space for families and kids to play. Patrolled by lifesavers from Boxing Day to Australia Day. Dog off leash area at the Dunns Lane entrance (150 metres from Main Beach car park entrance). Can walk all the way to Pambula Beach and around the entrance to Merimbula Lake to Mitchies Jetty.

Awesome beach for bodyboarding and family/friend get-togethers. Soft sand, lifeguards on duty, carpark 30 meters away. Toilets and sand water rinses are available outside. DO NOT TAKE THE TIDES GOING IN OUT FOR GRANTED! They're incredibly strong.
