Usually a very nice place to drive or hike but is currently flooded and not passable. The hiking trails have not been attended in some time and are no longer safe. Hopefully this is fix soon because the lookouts have amazing views which should not be missed when exploring the upper hunter.

Nice camp grounds with fire pits and picnic tables. Road in was in pretty good condition considering the weather of late. Grounds had been freshly mown and were looking in good shape. Lots of sites to choose from

Goulburn River is your camping paradise if you like to have a quite camping with river front. Water is beautiful. Lots of birds and kangaroos. Road to the river is unsealed

Nice camp grounds with fire pits and picnic tables. Road in was in pretty good condition considering the weather of late. Grounds had been freshly mown and were looking in good shape. Lots of sites to choose from

Not happy at all.. I went camping with my friends at Goulburn River np. My mates wife is totally blind. And is an ABORIGINAL WIRADJURI WOMAN. They have a little jack Russell that they have paper work stating that it is a companion dog.. they have taken there companion dog to pubs, clubs, motels, shopping centres and everywhere else. And they have provided the paper work stating its a companion dog. And was excepted in all those places.. but when they took there companion dog and the paper work camping there was complaints from the neighbour about the dog.. The rangers came and asked my friends to leave. My friends showed them the paper work for the dog but seems not good enough.. I am very disgusted in the ranger threatening to give her a fine and kicking out a BLIND INDIGENOUS WIRADJURI ABORIGINAL WOMAN from a...

Wollar is a beautiful little country town not very far from Goulburn River National Park I used to live there 39 years ago in Mogo in the National Park with a nice family and there 2 young daughters and Chris and I used to do different kinds of work with his friend doing farm work or building mud brick.n timber huts and I would love to go back to visit because it's so laid back and such beautiful country and very good people who lived...
