Tyler's Vineyards: A Hidden Gem in the Swan Valley Our recent visit to Tyler's Vineyards was a delightful surprise. Thanks to a recommendation from Swan Valley Speed Humps Cameleering experience nearby, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly Happy, the charming resident golden retriever. Donnelle, our knowledgeable host, made us feel right at home. Her passion for viticulture was evident as she shared insights about the grapes and the surrounding area. We had the pleasure of sampling their delicious grenache wines, each with its own unique character. The personalised label printing was a thoughtful touch. It added a special element to our purchases, making them even more memorable. If you're looking for an enjoyable cellar door experience, Tyler's Vineyards is a must-visit. The wines are exceptional, the hosts are welcoming, and the atmosphere is inviting. We highly recommend stopping by, especially during the midweek when the experience is even more intimate.

We were on our way to Wandoo Heights nature reserve for a walk..... and spotted this cool little shed. So we back tracked and pulled in. We were greeted by 'Lucky' the dog who joyfully brought us his 🧸 teddy in his mouth. After petting him for a minute the goose got jealous and started competing for attention, honking at us. We knew we were home in this quirky family back yard home. The wine is almost organic, with 100 year old vines. Please come and meet this family. Get a photo and pop it on your own wine bottle. This is our new place to come, sit out under the verandah at a table or on the outdoor couches and take in the scenery. Xxx Em and Jimmy x

The port and the bottle of grenache, though excellent and we took a couple of bottles from Tyler's, weren't really the star of the show. Nor was it the fact that you can make your own custom label fresh from the best (or not as good) photos from your phone. Or the farm animals which are much cuter than the animals in Orwell's Animal Farm. The star of the show is the owner Donnelle, who's probably the best personality we've come across in the Swan Valley in a region already overflowing with positive personalities. She was warm, funny and knowledgable. I can tell you her banter was top tier. Ah yeah, the dog's alright too.

Donelle at Tyler's Vineyard brings the warmth! Her jokes keep the visit lively, and the animal crew—Gilbert the goose, chickens, and a friendly Labrador—add to the charm. But let's be real, the wine is the star. It's tasty, and Donelle is super open to chatting about all things wine. If you're curious, she's got answers! Definitely worth a visit. My mother was visiting from Ireland and had never visited a vineyard before Tyler’s was our second final stop as “ how can I go anywhere else it would never live up to our experience as donelles delights” we ended the day with a picture of our choice on a bottle of our choice with a spare picture to place on donelles wall of fame ! Will...
