Peaceful beach with great vibes – just a bit too close to the port Simpson Beach is a lovely hidden spot — quiet, clean, and perfect if you’re looking to escape the crowds. The water’s usually calm, and it’s a great place to walk, relax, or have a peaceful swim.

Only downside: it’s pretty close to the industrial port, so depending on the day, you might see some ships or hear a bit of noise in the background. Doesn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth knowing.
