Major Mitchell Lookout — Attraction in Mount Macedon

The scenery here is incredible. It’s perfect for photography enthusiasts during sunrise and sunset. I went early in the morning and the fog really helped create some really nice photos that had an eerie vibe.

It’s only a short walking distance away from the car park, where this plenty of parking spaces. There is also a memorial here.

Great place for photography enthusiasts! Excellent view of landscapes from the major Mitchel lookout. Sunrise and sunset shoots would look magical with bright coloured trees during autumn. Easy access to lookout area makes it ideal to take kids and elderly. Highly recommend this place for panoramic views. Happened to be there on a cloudy day but not a bad...
