Mount View Estate — Attraction in Mount View

We stayed at Mount View Estate’s newly renovated The Vineyard Villa last week, and were absolutely impressed!

The villa combines modern style with a touch of luxury—two spacious bedrooms, automated curtains with stunning views, a large living area with a vintage fireplace, and a huge balcony with BBQ facilities perfect for gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, and the bathrooms are beautifully designed with thoughtful details like candles and aromatherapy!

Wine tasting was also a highlight—great wines paired with cheese, honeycomb, and dried grapes.

We even ended up enjoying a home party with friends over hotpot and red wine, which made the stay unforgettable.

A lovely, relaxed and personal wine tasting experience that was accompanied by Matt’s wealth of knowledge regarding the wines being offered. We had the perfect mid-morning sun that we could enjoy in the undercover outdoor seating area which had stunning views over the vineyards. Matt was so generous with his time and sat with us, talking in-depth about the wines, which really enhanced our experience. Matt was very welcoming and knowledgable, and perfectly happy to answer any questions we had as wine novices. As a fan of sweeter wines, I loved the late harvest Verdelho we tried here for $25, although they're most famous for their reserve Semillon which has won some awards (also got a bottle for $40).
