Is Muttaburra the best-kept secret Queensland?! I admit I wasn't expecting anything much but instead we found a brilliant Dinosaur, the Centre of Queensland Monument and... The Town Pool! How brilliant it was to find a pool of crystal clear bore-water and heated spa pool too! We were impressed! And that was before we found the Dr Arratta Memorial Museum. This lovingly preserved hospital museum is definitely worth a visit! To think such a place exists is the far-distant realms of Central Queensland is really quite staggering. I was absolutely enthralled! It's level of preservation relies on the dedication of volunteers....
