This place is incredibly beautiful all round. If you visit in the second half of the year there’s a beautiful white powdery sand beach with the most beautiful bay for swimming very wide and great for some laps. If you’re there in the first half of the year you may find quite a bit of seaweed but the water is still clear for swimming.
It’s an absolutely gorgeous walk from where the parking and amenities are all the way round to the north. If you sit on the beach, you’ll find that there’s parrots and finches and wagtails.

Read moreWe drove in by car on the beach as we are not sure whether is safe to walk as the place seems empty when we were there, and with sign of possible snake in the bush, we drive direct to the beach! Big mistake, my car was stuck in the soft sand, thanks God our car was small enough to push out. Crazy experience for us as is about sunset and we need to rush back to city since no road lighting most of the time during the 2 hours drive back to city. But place seem untouched!
