Gorgeous look out and for such a nice day it was amazing no one else was there. In that regards, it was probably a good thing. Road up is slow going if you're in a light vechile, and be aware there's of course no line markings due to the nature of the road. Well worth the time if you're in the area though!

Good view Lookout. The entry from the highway is small so you can miss it easily. And this is a gravel and rough road. So I reckon a good 2WD car with good tyre can make it easy to the top (not big bus or minibus though) View is good to take a quick look at New Norfolk.

The road up from the main rd has an awkward turn unless your heading south. A nasty drop of the right hand site if you’re reckless. The view at the top is expansive but not breathtaking. Others using the car park for activities that most likely are not 100% legal.

This little corner in New Norfolk (30km from Hobart) has one of the most amazing views on a clear day where you can see the town of New Norfolk and the river on two sides - very beautiful during autumn esp. A small patch of unsealed road to get to (and same road to return) towards the end but all worth the effort , just be careful and very slow while driving to manage any oncoming traffic. No toilets/ other services at...
