a beautiful semi secluded beach with a decent car park with seated areas directly next to some car parks. trails to the beach are easy to access with one being a full ramp down to the beach. the beach itself is unmanned so its not very safe for unsupervised children to swim at, its not very good for uneducated adults either as rips can often form here and the shore line has some fairly steep drop offs in certain areas. it's a great beach for a spot of fishing, a walk, a surf, swim (for the better surf educated) or even a bit of sunbathing. the road in is very narrow so its best to enter slowly and cautiously. the gates to the carpark are also locked at night. it'd be a nice spot for a self contained overnight stay in the car park if it...
Read moreDudley Beach carpark is located down a sharp left turn off the main road heading through Dudley. Dudley itself is ripe with nature in all its glory, and its at your disposal. You'll pass the Fernleigh and the bush tracks on both sides of the road. There's the Bluff too. There are many ways to reach Dudley Beach. There's the carpark, which leads you directly onto the sand. It makes sense most people will be here. You can also head down the mountain through the bush from a few access points. Gggrrr. Apparently there's a better entry & car park further up the road, so I've just been told by a local) Do some research before checking this one out. Nice tho not really safe swimming...
