Woodsies Gem Shop — Attraction in Nichols Point

Absolutely amazing - the gems, the Aladdin's Cave, the maze. Unfortunately the Cafe was a very upsetting experience and let the team down. 1 small bottle of bunderberg soft drink $6.00. Seriously?!# We then waited over 1/2 hr for an order of wedges, then asked staff how much longer to be told we hadn't ordered them. Server then checked again and said only a few more minutes. I saw other tables receive their meals and waited. Next thing the server comes over with a plate of wedges and explained it was delivered to the wrong table (a few minutes earlier). No apologies etc and they expected us to eat them. No Way! I don't know if they had been touched or anything. I then asked for a refund which became a hassle. I spoke to some amazing staff at the front who took me to a "manager" Absolutely no interest at all - "i will let the person who owns this know tomorrow" No apology, no offer of a meal, nothing. Didnt even ask for details e.g phone number, email - to even offer apology. This person was so uninterested I could have been...

Absolutely loved going to Woodsies Gem Shop 💎. What he makes is absolutely beautiful. Every time I visit Mildura we go there. He has so many wonderful beautiful thing's. That it takes me a long time to pick out what items to buy. I could just about spend a fortune there. His prices are incredibly cheap. My children love going there. So much to see & do. Such a fabulous family place to visit. I highly recommend going there. The café that's there has beautiful tasty meals or light meals, big servings at a incredible cheap price. So a outing for the family is so worth the drive up . The staff are so helpful & friendly, nothing is a bother. They go out of their way to help you find that special item , gift or whatever that catches your eye. I can't wait to go back there. We are in love with his shop. Plus Woodsies such a lovely man , whom you can chat to , have a laugh . They make you feel welcome...

Had an absolute ball. Great customer service. You are greeted cheerfully when you enter the shop. We had Chris show us resizing of a ring. Keep up the great work Chris, you made us feel welcome and to invite and show us your day to day work was amazing. After Chris's display we went through the display. There is an admission fee, cheap as chips. After we entered and were at the first display, we were asked by a gentleman with a walking frame if we would like to join him to look at the displays. If you get the chance DO NOT knock this back. This is Doug the boss man, who collected all that is on display. He will give you some insight into how he collected and make sure you listen as he has a bit of tongue in cheek humour.
