The trail is ok but a lot of signage is missing or vandalised. I got stuck at Clackline where the trail ends. There is no signage or any way of picking up the trail again. I spent a considerable amount of to riding in different directions to try and find the kep trail but to no avail even gps was futile. There’s no information at the on the trail at the Clackline stop. Pretty disappointing as I had to call it quits. I would say the Clackline is the end of the Kep trail… it’s a dangerous area with the highway having high speed cars and poor trail information. Get some work done out there..

I have run sections of the track regularly along the 15km from Northam towards Clackline and in the Bakers Hill area and parts near Mundaring. It is a beautiful track, especially in Winter and Spring, but I agree that some sections need additional signage and maintenance. There is one section near Clackline where it is difficult to know which way to go.

A nice little walk to get some fresh air and be in nature. And a nice view point too. No signage at the top. About a 20-30 min walk there and back. We started at the top as couldn’t find a parking spot at the bottom.
