Lake Hume — Attraction in Northern Victoria Region

This is got to be one of the most beautiful places to visit when in Albury. The driver itself is very scenic/picturesque and very enjoyable with many tight turns/bends, especially around the lake past the bridge (i.e., heading out). There are many places around the lake with facilities for picnic, canoeing, fishing etc. It's certainly a must-visit...

It's like a toilet meets rubbish dump. Litter everywhere, water level is way down, about as much vegetation as an inner city carpark. It could be mistaken for an old nuclear weapons testing site...
