Nothing short of spectacular. It’s literally ‘best of all lookout’. You get a whole view of the mountainous park and the border between Queenslands and New South Wales.

There are multiple parking spots and the lookout was empty when we visited. There are few wildlife that you may encounter so do keep a lookout. There’s a bench at the lookout so you can enjoy breakfast there.

However if you’re planning to visit in the winter months, do wear more jackets as is it at high elevation and when we visited, it dropped to 6deg c.

I would recommend to visit this spot first thing when you arrive at spring brook to see the sunrise.

The entrance to the lookout is abit unnoticeable, but there is a small sign and you just have to walk for about 10mins through overgrown plants but rest assured there is a walkable path. I highly...

I headed to Best of All Lookout, expecting an incredible view, but nature had other plans. The weather was cloudy, and instead of a panorama of the Gold Coast and mountains, I saw nothing but thick fog. The atmosphere was mysterious, even a bit mystical, but of course, not what I had hoped for.

What you should know:

• If the day is foggy, the chances of seeing the view are almost zero. • The walk is short (about 600 meters), so it’s still worth going up. • On a clear day, the panorama is breathtaking!

Conclusion: The spot is definitely worth visiting, but only on a clear day. I wasn’t lucky, so I’ll probably have to...

If you love forest and mountain top, this is perfect place for you. The walking trail to go to the spot is feel with variety of trees. Trees are really old and too high. Narrow road and medium-deep forest makes a good scenario with the ray of suns. Walking may feel a bit longer, but the view is worth looking. You will have a look of a serious of mountains from the top. Your eyes will find lots of shades due to theie distance and their differences. It feels like a peacock as you will find all the shades of blue and green. Enjoy the silence of nature and observe...

Been to this lookout a few times now. Took my in-laws up yesterday. Unfortunately it was a white out so we couldn't see the view but on a clear day it's definitely worth it. My in-laws are in their 70s so this was a nice easy walk for them. Tarred path so can take a wheelchair or pram if needed. The forest is gorgeous. Some parking available up top, about 6-7 spots from memory and then also parking down the bottom where the sign directs you but you do need to walk up some stairs from that car park. Enjoy 😀
