Group of 8 went for wine tasting at the vineyard. The vineyard itself was picturesque and we were welcomed by an amazing host who catered to our needs and was more than happy to show us the ropes with wine tasting.
For the more experienced wine tasters in the group, the hosts were able to provide them with detailed knowledge and answered all their questions.
The range of wines was broad enough to reflect the different preferences of each wine drinker whilst being succinct so as to show the effort put into each variety of wine that was being produced at that location.
The vineyard was easy to find but hard to leave.
The wine-makers possess knowledge and experience which finds the true balance between Old World and New World wines and bring a rustic and authentic experience for wine-tasters of all levels.
The hosts even travelled all the way back to Sydney a few days later to rectify an order that was incorrectly made.

This is a great spot to try wine from a fairly new cool climate wine region of NSW. The vineyards altitude is approx 800 meters above sea level.
My favourite wines were the whites but they have a killer Cabernet merlot as well!
Renzaglia is open every last weekend of the month, and most other times by appointment. The winery is approx two and a half hours from Sydney.

We visited and ended up spending the better portion of our Saturday afternoon sampling their wines and platters and learning about their vineyard, farming practices and the local area.
