What a waste of a perfect opportunity to bring tourist and local families to that spot. Ohhh where do I start... BBQs are broken, some sits too. Male toilet is out of order and a disabled one is a mess with a broken window. Dam is pretty big and spectacular to be honest but there is no access (well not an easy one) to the water.
