Did a wonderful bushwalk starting from Leura Station early in the morning, passing through Pool of Siloam, small waterfalls, and numerous lookouts like Golf Lookout along the way. The walk itself was a great workout for my legs, and reaching Sublime Point Lookout made it all worth it — the view from the cliff is simply stunning.
Below the main lookout, there’s a trail that drops down further. I tried it myself for a bit of an adrenaline rush, and I noticed many rock climbers using ropes and assists on the path. A little walk (all uphill on the way back) but at least there's no problem getting a parking spot. The view is magnificent (especially at sunset) and is the perfect target for some impressive panorama-type shots. The drive there through "suburban" Leura is interesting … some people live in pleasant surroundings. Worth a visit to round out the day before hitting the watering holes back...
