Lots of peagravel, but that's good training for U.S. and Canadian winter trails. Loads of trails in green, then blue, then black increasing difficulty. Nothing too massive, lots of B lines. Friendly and helpful local riders who are happy to advise n help. Decent coffee at Trails Head cafe where the spectators or hikers can grab a tasty bite to eat too. Safe parking at Camel Farm, even if the Camels have relocated to Broome

Hiking past this place came across the cruel conditions of the animals being kept on the premises. For all the animals the enclosures are far too small and it’s really sad, every animal is showing behavioural issues from being kept in tiny pens. There is room for the enclosures to be bigger. Particularly the ducks , lone sheep and emu are in squalid tiny enclosures.

Cool mountain bike area, maintained by the local MTB club. Parking by gold coin donation, with all proceeds going back into the upkeep of the bike facilities and parking area. Trails suitable for beginners and more experienced riders as well as a short loop track to practice your skills before heading out.

Great location for all levels of mountain bikers, so close to nearby Kalamunda. Make yourself familiar with the trails and the type of trail each one is before you go, just so you can prepare properly. We arrived at Black Stump carpark and were about to set off through the trails when we met a local who gave some great advice, to follow one trail on a long 2km plus downhill, ride up 3 seperate trails to the top of Mt Gunjin and then follow three trails downhill back to our car. All trails were great and an awesome loop, I can't wait to explore the remainder of the trails on offer as they are well looked after and of great quality. Highly recommended...

OK trails BUT I'm not a local and I found the signage VERY POOR. Had to stop at every intersection to figure out which way every trail was. Signs are tiny! And not very helpful "Green trails this way" which ones?! No sense of direction. It ruined my flow having to stop every time. It's not even obvious where to start from at the Camel Farm! I'm pretty cluey and I still found it hard to navigate. On a brighter note, great to park at the Camel Farm for a gold coin donation as the car was very safe. Would go back, but this place is a...

Great ride, great day. Spent 6! Hours here and loved every trail. The miniature skills course was also very helpful to someone who usually shys away from long narrow beams on trails. Having the camel farm so close is also great if you are hungry afterwards or you eat all your food during the day 😂 Definitely a good place to get the feel for mountain biking as a lot of the course is fairly easy and flat. But if you work for it the more advanced tracks will keep you...
