This is a great walk starting as a wide easy trail narrows up to a rocky trail on the edge of a steep loop offering mild challenges and stunning panoramic views the water fall was near dry with just a little water flowing near the end of feb but well worth the walk reminded me of water fall walks I did in WA.

This was a 3 hour return walk from the car park. U can’t get to the falls the other way down as it is now privately owned land so you have to trek There’s paths up and down hills and very rocky to get to them. I am not fit nor a hiker and I stopped halfway as I found it to treacherous for me to continue!

Cool place to explore and it certainly is impressive being one of the tallest waterfalls in Tasmania. The track getting there can be a bit so so with a bit of an underwhelming start but the finish is worth it. For more information search for The Life of Py on Google šŸ‘

This mountain water would go really nice with some whiskey on a cold day. Lovely and fresh! As always it never takes as long as they say it does. Very enjoyable walk though through the peaceful bushland until you get nearly back to the car and some neighbours dog barks it's head off like it's gonna eat you alive. Don't worry the owner knows some French language and the dog gets the hint. In winter time it's always best because a lot more water is flowing - er that's...

Incredible waterfall where when the wind is just right it looks like the waterfall is flowing backwards!

Well worth the effort to get there. We did a follow along tour in a 4WD with a local 4WD club. The team were incredibly nice and knew the track well. The track is not for the faint hearted or a 4WD without good clearance.

Luckily there is a bush walking track into the falls for those prone to using the two legged mode...

The first half of the hike was pretty cruisy, after which the difficulty level increases substantially. Unmaintained, loose rocks over an extremely narrow path, leading to a viewing spot that still felt a few hundred metres away from the waterfall. For those looking to challenge themselves, great! If you're expecting to get up close and personal to the waterfall,...
