Chris and I and @haz_and_loz have just had an article posted featuring our visit to Esperance by @escape.com.au Posted to our story! Check it out. Where to camp? Duke of Orleans camp for Wharton beach Cape Le Grand camp or lucky Bay camp for the national park (book in advance) In town just stay at the caravan parks. There's a few scattered free camps, road-stops, and station stays a bit of a drive away. Our favourite beaches: Wharton Beach, Cape Le Grand Beach, Twilight Beach, Blue Haven, Lucky Bay You must stay for at least 7 days to really enjoy the stunning weather down here and make the drive worthwhile. (Weather is changeable, so don't rush your trip) Shout out to James Booth and Escape for the Greek Islands/Esperance comparison idea. I love it 🫶 Have you been to Esperance?

Beautiful place but there are many more beautiful ones in this region, so this might not be your first destination in Esperance. If you have enough time, I would recommend you visit. Being close to the town is a good point.
