The Bellarine Railway - Lakers Siding — Attraction in Point Lonsdale

Just a great thing to do with the kids or grand kids. We booked on line and got our tickets no hassles when we arrived at the station - even the dog got a ticket (free). It was the historic diesel rather than the steam engine which was a bit disappointing but everyone enjoyed th short return trip of about half an hour or so. Great views over Swan Bay. Because the carriages are divided into individual compartments with their own doors to the platform, we could take our Jack Russell with no risk from or to other people.
