Passed this place on the way to the Granite Skywalk and took the opportunity to pop in to sample the wines on offer. Had a warm welcome from the host Eugene who guided us through his selection of wines. I enjoyed the Shiraz and the tawny port. Tastings are free, but if you don't buy a bottle, please put a donation in the charity tin.

Passed by this place on the way to our hotel and was mesmerised by its beauty. Made a point to visit the next day even though we don't drink ( it is a winery). We tried the pecan pie and lemon lime cheesecake instead and both tea and cakes were lovely. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Beautiful winery and great wine. Not the friendliest service as we were not able to order eats even though the winery was closing an hour and a half later. If we could have enjoyed a platter with the wine it would have been amazing!

Terrible customer service by the owner when we visited in March. We arrived at lunchtime and were looking to have something to eat and buy a case of wine to take with us. As we had been driving for a few hours, before sitting down we asked where the bathrooms were. The male owner responded so rudely ‘they’re not public toilets, they’re for our customers’. We were certainly intending to be customers, but the encounter put us off entirely - we left without buying anything as we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I wrote in privately via the form on their website the next day and have never heard back from them. There are so many wineries in the region offering amazing products and customer service, so I wouldn’t recommend stopping at Ironwood. We drove on a little further and ended up having a great experience at another...

Owners are on or are cooking crack I think. Got there ten minutes before opening and sat at the table and benches out the front owners came screaming up in their ute, parked next to where we were sitting, started walking around in a panick and talking about "What if they are in the house" I spoke to them to let them know where we were and we were just waiting for them to open to be told "We're not open till 11 why would you be here! No thanks!" And told us to leave???? Extremely high levels of paranoia I would assume drug induced!!!!!! Definitely be staying clear in the future!!!! Only wanted a bit of lunch and to taste their reds and left with the Mrs very confused and shaken and...

My second visit to Ironwood. It's a pleasant place and you can have a light lunch or antipasto platter to enjoy their wine. However, it is not reasonable when you pay for your 4 bottles of wine and coffee together and then when in the car park, you have a woman running after you indicating you haven't paid for your coffee, Moreover, the husband who took my money also said I hadn't paid. I have my bank records to show I paid. This was not the only instance with my party where there was unreasonable treatment of customers. Tax avoidance bring a product of their...
