One of my favourite places to visit. It's hard to go to a normal beach after going here. You feel free, the people there are very friendly and is close to local shops for a meal. Parking can get a little full quickly during the warmer days but the fishing here is great. Daily the beach is packed with people fishing, there is no toilet there so make sure to go before you get there!! There is an outdoor beach shower to fill your water bottle and rinse the sand off after your visit. Definitely worth the visit and the experience! Doesn't matter your size, colour, or age everyone is welcome and you feel welcomed there!! And the golden sunsets are the most glorious I've ever seen at this beach. There's something...

Good and safe beach for family swimming. Good sand surface for long runs but watch the tide... low tide best for running for flatter firm surface ... do out & back to counter beach slope on calve muscles strains.

Actually, I did not know this was a nudist beach until it bounced up on my Google activity map that I track my runs on.

Did not see any naturalists, assume the water was too cold, else all gone to Swanbourne Beach instead of being wind blown away...

Checking with Neil Kennedy if beach named after a relative of...

It's a great beach very easy access from the car park, most of the time it has a great atmosphere with friendly people, just stay away from the dunes as there can be a few undesirable mongrels up there. You are best off going in the early morning before the sea breeze comes in around midday. Just a heads up it is a registered clothing optional beach, so you don't have to go nude but you would be the odd person out if you did stay clothed. Give it a go if only once in you're life, you will be surprised how freeing and stress...

I got there by 4pm on a weekday, saw maybe one other nudist. It was poor timing but beyond that I don't think nudist beaches are very popular in Western Australia, I could be wrong though. It's the first nudist beach I've been to In Australia. I used to frequent one in Canada and it often had 500+ attendees at a given time on weekends.
