The view is amazing and the history board around the lighthouse will give you a brief history of the lighthouse and what happens around the area. Besides the lighthouse there is Coastal Snap, a community beach monitoring initiative - find the phone stand where you can take a photo of the coast, and you can upload your photo as part of the communities initiative in observing how the coastline changes over time. The Lighthouse is roughly 10-15 mins drive from the Port Macquarie town centre. The drive was easy but please watch out for cyclists. There were not many parking spots but turnover is quick so...
