Well thought out memorial learnt a lot about the masacre of the local noongar people which you would not know of otherwise definitely spend time reading and taking a stroll on the walking track.

Well worth stopping if passing by. Having a fly net will allow you to stop and read all the signs without being bothered by all the flys.

Well presented. Quiet and reflective. Told a story about part of our history that would possibly not be known outside the local region.

A treasure! This beautiful place commemorates the tragic massacre of Nyungar people at Kukenarup. The site contains sensitive and informative signage and deeply-touching quotes from the descendents of the people who were massacred here. The works of art and the wildflower garden are truly exquisite. Very much worth a visit and a wonderful place to spend time reflecting on culture, humanity and history. Always was,...

The Ravensthorpe Historical Society has done a wonderful job of ensuring the Truth Telling is available to all who visit. Unfortunately, all Indigenous peoples of the World, across history have been persecuted by colonisation. We, so called "civilised" humans, can be an...

The memorial consists of an easy 1.2km loop trail with sign posts scattered throughout quoting various Aboriginal family accounts of the Ravensthorpe massacre. It was very much an insightful stopover and worth the educational opportunity as well as a break...
