Caught the sunrise here with my partner. It was beautiful. Sadly, the power cables are a bit of an eyesore, but this can't be helped as the area isn't isolated. I'm not sure if there are walking paths that take you closer to the actual cliffs that jutt out but from the hill where we parked, they create a scene of beauty which for a tourist like me, really makes you feel like you're in the heart of aboriginal lands...and I haven't even scratched the surface yet. It feels moderately untouched, which I love when out walking/trekking etc. We didn't see a soul around but there was evidence of burnouts so perhaps not somewhere to visit...

This lookout doesn’t make sense. The path stops in scrubland. Before you even reach a lookout point, it is fenced off. Meaning that you actually have to jump the fence or squeeze through holes that previous visitors have made, to even see anything? If you want to see the red cliffs perhaps try somewhere else. This is not a good vantage point. There is also litter everywhere, showing that little care has been taken to showcase the natural beauty of the area. I agree with other reviewers that the powerlines take away from everything....

Red Cliffs has exactly what the name suggests 😆 and then some really beautiful plant-scapes as well. A short drive south of Mildura, it would be such a waste not to see it if you’re in town. With no payment barriers it’s got to be the best value thing to do in the area! My friends spent about an hour walking around here even though we only planned for 30 minutes, the area has...

It is obvious that the local council has not maintained this lookout. There is a lot of litter in the parking area and along the paths. You can not see the red cliffs too well from the platform as you are on top of the cliffs looking down, and there is a lot of shrubbery blocking the view. You would get a much better view from below on a boat or on the opposite side of the cliffs.

A 5 minute walk from the very small dirt parking next to the road and you will have to crouch thru a fence to get to the Lookout. Not much to see really. Wasted 20 minute drive to the place just to find out it looks like it actually is a private property as indicated by the fencing around the area which blocks access to the Lookout. I just don't get why the signs are still there.
