A fantastic place to bring the family friends or just yourself, great for walks, rides or just to take in the scenery ๐ Quiet relaxing with a few cyclists using the walk/track, you can choose to do a short 2km walk or a 10km walk, boardwalks with plenty of seating along the tracks, lookouts & a toilet situated in one of the car parks along the way. You will see wallabies, echidnas, koalas & wombats along your walk, we were fortunate to see all 4 as we were walking later in the day as the animals tend to come out towards dusk time's, during the warmer months their is a slight smell that comes from the marshes you walk alongside, but not to strong! Sign claimed it was a two hour hike return from one carpark to the other, Google Maps had it at 50 minutes. We walked passed the boardwalk because the map at the start was really confusing and was missing a huge section of the walking paths. We turned back to do the boardwalks and found the lookout to be closed. According to these reviews it's been that way for four years. Why isn't there a sign earlier on?
