Brown Hill Estate — Attraction in Rosa Brook

Brown Hill Estate is an unassuming, extremely humble winery that delivers wine of a high calibre. These wines will surprise you; they are produced predominantly as single-site wines and are produced in a manner that reminds one of French winemaking. I usually struggle with wines from this region as they are packed with preservatives and additives. I was extremely pleased to discover that the winemakers at Brown Hill Estate still follow the ideal of presenting wines that undeniably showcase the nobility of the grape. The white wines (and dry rose) are light, fresh and delicately structured. They burst with intricate flavours that can be best enjoyed on a summer's day with a sneaky cheeseboard. The reds are bold, well structured and have an eloquence to them that one must try to believe. The winery is family-run, and this feeling of community is evident throughout the tasting. Brown Hills Estate Winery – Incredible Experience!

I can’t say enough great things about our visit to Brown Hills Estate Winery, and a huge part of that is thanks to Chiara! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome with her warm hospitality and incredible attention to detail.

She went above and beyond to ensure that me and all my friends had the best time, from guiding us through their amazing wine selection to making sure our glasses were never empty. Her knowledge of the wines was impressive, and she made the whole experience both fun and educational.

The atmosphere was absolutely perfect—stunning views, delicious wine, and an all-around fantastic vibe. Ciara’s friendly and attentive service truly made the day unforgettable. Wanted to share a review because of the fantastic service we received from Nic when we visited for a wine tasting. I visited with my wife our young daughter and my parents. Not only was Nic knowledgeable and engaging with regard to the wine we were tasting but she helped us to keep a toddler entertained whilst we tasted the wines we wanted to try. She certainly went far over and above what you’d expect from a visit.

The wines were also excellent and we purchased a box which was delivered very quickly to our house in Perth. In most wineries where we enjoy the wine we’d probably purchase a couple of bottles but I think Nic’s friendly and engaging nature probably tipped us over the edge to purchase a full box.
