What a gorgeous experience! James led us through an incredibly delicious range of wines: whites, orange, rose, sparkling, and red. We peppered James with a million questions, all of which he had in-depth answers for. If you want to learn more about biodynamic viticulture practices, the Margaret River wine region, or minimal intervention wine making, he's your man. His passion was infectious. Important to note: ensure a tasting by emailing ahead of time. Tasting is by appointment only. An unmissable stop if you're travelling around the region.

I went with some friends for recommendation, it was my best experience in a winery ever. The host was such a person, really friendly and knowledge about what he was selling. We feel that tasting like been just with friends at home enjoying the moment, definitely I will recommend and I will go again. Could be nice to have food to stay and enjoy a full day experience! If you are around, you must go!!

A hidden gem. A delightful winery off the beaten track offering minimal intervention wines that stood out from many of the others I’d tried in the area. The setting is tranquil and serene, a welcome reprieve from the busier vineyards more central to the region, and I very much enjoyed doing my tasting in the garden setting outside the cellar door. Well worth the detour.

Si has one of the most relaxed and relaxing vibes of any winery we have been to across Australia. You are encouraged to sit in the beautiful outdoor area and the wines are brought to you by very friendly, knowledgeable people while you enjoy the music. It is the opposite of the corporate slickness that you can experience at some cellar doors. The wines too are very different to the usual Margs style. Very interesting use of eggs and skin contact to make very approachable, easy drinking wine that is superior in depth and texture to other wines that get that kind of description. They also have sophisticated, well made wines at higher price points. An excellent, very impressive range. Si is a must visit experience for anyone wanting to see the range of what is happening...

We had the best time at Si Vintners - emailed to request an out of hours wine tasting and they were very happy to accomodate the 6 of us. From the minute we arrived we felt so welcome, we loved learning about the history of the vines, their organic and biodynamic processes and the creativity that has gone into some of their more avant garde wines. The vibe of the cellar door is relaxed and homely, we hung around and had some wines by the glass and it was fantastic to be able to bring my dog. It was the favourite of all the vineyards we visited over Easter and we will...
