Absolutely horrified of the old woman with short hair and glasses. We stoped for a quick meal and I went back to the car to grab a few things. As I walked back, my older daughter said” mum come inside, I found a door!” Which was a floor height window, and was open at that time. I went in through the window just for fun, and got yelled at by this old woman. She rushed to me and said “you can’t come in through the window! Can’t you see this is not a door?” And she shut the window loudly as she spoke. I was in shock and told her the window was open and I only did it because my daughter asked me to do so. She was very grumpy and nasty in front of the kids, and my husband said “we get it, you don’t have to be so rude” she replied “ if it was your home, would you be happy?” Oh my god if one of my guests came in through a window, wouldn’t we all have a good laugh? Why would I want to yell at my guests over such a small deal? I mean I didn’t break anything, or went through the window on purpose. This is the first time we’ve ever been to the big lobster and besides, people all make mistakes, what did we do to deserve such service? We paid for the food just like everyone else, we looked the place up and saw good reviews otherwise we’d never have came in. Very sick of this woman and hopefully she can be removed from the team.
