An absolute gem of a museum! Woods’ Farming & Heritage Museum is like stepping into a living time capsule — packed with history, heart and incredible attention to detail. You’ll find everything from early farming machinery and vintage tractors to old tins, kitchenware, and entire replicas of shops from another era — a butcher, general store, post office, even a hardware store! It’s a fascinating journey through how people once lived, worked and farmed in the Wimmera. Every corner tells a story — from wedding dresses and sewing machines to antique tools and homewares. You can feel the care that’s gone into preserving local history here. Everything is beautifully displayed, easy to explore, and family-friendly. Whether you’re into farming, antiques, or just love discovering something different, this place is a must-see. If you’re passing through Rupanyup or nearby, stop in and check it out — you’ll be glad you did! A true rural treasure and a wonderful slice of...
