Sieber Wines is open 7 days a week 10am to 4pm, and Barossa & Light Cab Service love how from the cellar door, there is a view to see where all the grapes are grown on the property.

Vel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, answering all our questions and making sure we had a memorable and fun visit. Her stories were fabulous and we didn’t stop laughing, talking and drinking wine! Val’s knowledge and passion about her wines gave us amazing insights into each wine we tasted. I particularly loved the Piper Lilli Viognier – so easy to drink – loved it!

What a lovely wine tasting experience we had at Sieber Wine with our charming hostess and owner Val. The extensive vineyards are about an hours drive from Adelaide and well worth it. Val took us through the vineyards extensive selection with a generous pour! My unusual favourite was the Piper Lili Viognier, which was going to be an excellent pairing with our Tasmanian cheeseboards. The Ernest Shiraz and GSM were stars although we enjoyed most of them. The ability to cellar the reds for a while was a bonus. I found the prices very reasonable after coming from Coonawarra wine region, but don’t let that deter you wine snobs!
