Serpentine Main Dam — Attraction in Serpentine

Serpentine Dam is a Nature sanctuary. Serene waters, lush surroundings and abundant wildlife. We can drive on the dam and unfortunately there is no place to park on the dam. You can park the cars bit away from the dam and walk to the dam easily. There are beautiful views and scenery. I believe the dam is maintained by water corporation and surrounding area is belong to the catchment area for the river. A good place to have a break and relax with family and friends. Just beautiful buy I couldn't do the Bluff trial- too slippery and unforgiving uphill. The gorge trial was much more scenic and beautiful views- more about the journey than the destination. Beautiful, quiet, scenic area to be. Enjoying the view so very much. Serenity to the most. Lots of parking place, so no need to worry I reckon. Up close with the Australian native parrots, really a great experience for me!
