The Cape Buffon walk is an easy 2.5 km loop in Canunda National Park. You can either park at Vape Buffon carpark or Tainbow Rocks (though there are only 3 parking spots at the latter and definitely not suited to larger vehicles incl caravans). The walk shows how wind and waves have shaped the rugged limestone coast, creating featured like limestone cliffs, seastacks, and reef platforms. You can also see solution holes in the rocks, which were originally formed by acid from decaying tree roots and are now enlarged by the ongoing action of seawater and salt spray. Thee colours are just magical in contrast to the beautiful turquoise water below. The Cape Buffon walk is fairly easy and make sure you take your time soaking it all in, this place is a hidden gem!

I wish I could remember the names of all the plants.. Did not have time to walk the whole length of the trail but what we seen spectacular limestone and sand formations along the cape and the coast , a diverse flora and more birds...
