A fantastic place to visit if you are in Streaky Bay. Just a short drive from Streaky Bay city and approx 360m of board walk will take you to the Whistling rocks and blow holes.
Story of whistling: Whistling Rocks is an epic phenomenon where waves force air and water through small holes formed in the eroded cliff edge. As a result, ghostly whistling sound and mini sprays of seawater escaping from the rock shelf.

Read moreSuch a delightful place to visit!! The science behind the whistling of the water is too good!! We stood there for minutes and we're amazed each time the wave hit the rocks and whistled!! From the car park, it's a bit of a walk - say about 700 mts, then got steps tight down to 3 points from where you can view and hear the whistling. We took quite a few videos, and pictures, but the real sight and sound are way too goo's to experience. There a few other spots from here as well to visit. Must see!! PS: beware...
