Have visited Swanbourne beach occassionally over the years and of recent times have been absolutely disgusted in the facilities provided to beach goers and restaurant patrons. The facilities are shared toilets for a fine dining restaurant and beach goers, 1 shower, 3 toilet cubicles and urinals for men, unsure about womens and over the last couple of months the condition have left me dumbfounded! The shower cubicle has green mould in the grout and wall tiles, floor tiles and slime in drain grate. Cracked edge tiling on shower floor step over and there is no shower head (been broken over a month). The toilet bowels again heavily stained on base from urine on outside floors disgusting rubbish everywhere and clearly not being cleaned. I realised this with the restaurant manager as to who is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance and he explained it was shared with council. During the week they were responsible and weekends was council. After vetting my disappointment at the condition he told me to complain to council! He was all of about 20 years old and I'm sure he would have never even been into them as if you were a Manager of a fine dining restaurant and it was the facilities for your patronage you would never let it get to such a disgusting condition and have no care or responsibility over its condition! Whether it be council or the restaurant responsible someone please attend to the...

Be very careful at this beach, I am giving it two stars because the beach itself is absolutely magic. Let me first preface by saying that this is a nudist beach, and I knew that before coming here to visit. That being said, what I encountered was beyond words. There are some things which cannot be unseen. Let me be clear that the predominant type of person at this beach is either a middle-later aged man slightly overweight, and of foul appearance in the private region. If there are any women at all at this beach during the day then clearly hygiene is optional - I will not elaborate publicly. Also there were several men at this beach "scoping" or "cruising" for activity by initiating stares and making comments, particularly near toilets. Be very careful and suspect most people are there for risky encounters, or to catch a glimpse of something that would be illegal if you had it on...

Went to the clothing optional beach. It was a great experience, and so freeing! It's a great place to meet friendly and open minded people, and just take your clothes off! The beach overall is just lovely. Soft white sand, nice blue water, pretty rough waves, haha. Feeling the ocean breeze of your bare skin is so worth it!

If the clothing optional section of the beach is not for you, there's also a regular beach just a ways down, and even further is a dog beach! There's also a grassed area, a playground, showers, bathroom, and a great upscale...

Went to the clothing optional beach It was a great , and so freeing ! Found it great to meet people made some new friends and people were good, get your gear off Beach is good Sand is white but water can be rough. Blue water everywhere. The water is clear, clean and great for splashing, body surfing or boogie boarding. It is about 300 m north of the Swanbourne Surf Lifesaving club is an official clothing optional beach. Wet back on 12-05-1018 still great worth a visit and very relaxed atmosphere !!!

Beach is amazing, I like walk on the beach in the morning, but I didn’t feel comfortable on the clothing optional beach area as female soloer, men on the beach can’t leave me alone! Every one of them walk to me , talk to me, ask me for swimming with them and more ….. I am new to nude beach, was going to try this new experience but it didn’t work out for me. Also there were biting flies bug me too, I left early.
