Newly renovated playground. The council took in community feedback and the end result is fantastic. There's quite a bit to do for kids of all ages now. There's even a concrete path from the car park to the playground.
The down side is the toilet facility is still from more than a decade ago and washing hands is a challenge with a trickle of water coming from a tiny spout, not to mention it's located too high for the toddlers that come to this playground to reach. Additionally I had hoped to see more picnic tables and bbq stations. Finally, because it's a beautiful new playground in a beautiful setting, the playground has been swarming with people as of late. Not my preference with 5-11 year olds not being vaccinated. I'd also like to see a coffee shop or mobile coffee shop here one day to get 5 stars.
