Crestwood Parks — Attraction in Sydney

Excellent kids play park suitable for children of all ages. My 12 month old enjoyed the swing as well as a supervised play on the walking ramps & smaller slippery slide . He also had a ball stretching his legs walking up & around the grassed area which is very spacious I must add . Plenty of shade from the trees as well as the shade cloths that cover the play equip. There’s 4-5 park benches for parents to supervise there young ones from as well as 2 covered picnic tables with bbqs for those wanting to celebrate a party or a family picnic. Definitely we’ll worth the visit & very well set up . Area is fenced as well which is great 👍large picnic grounds with a second play area, covered gazebo, dog park , walking paths . Great place with separate parks for large and small dogs. Very clean and well maintained by regulars who bring in their dogs. Water available and loads of friendly people. You do find the occasional dog park Nazi who has a problem as much as their dogs. Otherwise its 5 stars and lovely shady place. You can even take your dog on a leash around the park. Its part of a larger recreational area with many sports grounds, tennis courts, BBQ, toilets, walking tracks, multiple children's play areas, skate parks and trails. It is a great place to take families, children, and dogs. There is some good play equipment, but please check it out before letting the kids play as it is near the bushland, and you can get redback spiders in the cubby house. There are also apparently snakes near the water.

There are great bike tracks for kids with fake street signs, and there are toilets, bubblers, and bbq facilities.

The dog park is especially good because there are two side-by-side, one for big dogs and one for little ones. Both have good seating and dispensers for dog dropping bags.
