Jetpack Adventures Sydney — Attraction in Sydney

Giving 2 stars as, while I enjoyed the experience, I have no photos or videos to remember it by despite weeks of pleading with the company to send them, and being ignored.

I came by myself, and they tell you when you don't have someone with you to take photos, that they can either take your phone (but then you risk it being damaged) or they can take pictures on their phone and send it to you, but as they have to steer the jet ski and watch you they can't guarantee they'll get images.

I totally understood that and opted for photos and videos on the instructor's phone, which he got. He sent me a few photos via SMS, but these were only of me after I was done. The rest were videos which he said he would send when he was back in the office. Well I've been emailing since I got back home to the UK weeks ago, and apart from one email asking what my phone number is, I've been completely ignored and received nothing. I'm heartbroken that I have nothing to remember the experience by, or to show my friends and family, especially as I spent a lot of money doing it.

Would not recommend solo travellers...

Had an awesome experience and was a lot easier than I realised. I bought a duo deal of jet packing and fly boarding (best value Ive found after hours of research) and we ended up getting the lake to ourselves. They gave us water, energy drinks and offered more discounts for the next time we go, we are happily going to go back with a large group of friends and have a bbq by the beautiful waters of Penrith. Our instructor offered us the bbq area which will make for another amazing day. Overall, this experience is great and the value is great!...
