Baileys of Glenrowan — Attraction in Taminick

4 of us had lunch today and if I could give these guys six stars I would. Let’s start with the welcome. As we walked it we were greeted with a smile and a attitude of warmth and friendliness of long lost friends. As we presented our COVID vaccination certificates we were each thanked by name. Our host then asked a series of questions about where we were from an established a great rapport based off the answers given. She then assured us of a lovely relaxing afternoon. We were given two preferences for ready tables outside and were escorted to the one we preferred. A ice cold bottle of water was placed on the table and we were informed that we would be taken care of as we were ready. A young man came out to take our order, it was apparent that he was relatively inexperienced and new to this role however his service was happy and helpful with an attitude that suggested good customer service was his priority. The food (wood fired pizza) was brilliant and what topped off the day was their ability to provide a dessert to my wife that had just recently been taken off the menu. The fact that they were enthusiastic in their willingness to check was fantastic whether we received that desert or not. Their Affogatto was magnificent! We have been going to Bailey’s on and off for many years. The food is always sensational. Beautiful antipasto/cheese platters and the pizzas are superb. The lack of a kids menu is a little inconvenient - they do make pizzas to accommodate but even if they had some chicken nuggets and chips or similar I’m sure parent would find that helpful. We come here often as a family and will continue to do so for many years. The drive out is always spectacular with gorgeous views and immaculate gardens. The antipasto platters and pizzas are always amazing and the wine is fantastic. Although I do miss the fronti! However the Moscato and Topaque were delightful.
