We can late around 8.30 pm praying for the best chance to catch Aurora. Unfortunately we were not lucky, but the starry sky made it up.
It is a very dark coast inside the Tasmania National Park, with zero light interference. Our accommodation was only 7 minutes away, but we drove slowly to avoid crashing into animals. Along the way, we’ve seen 1 wombat, 1 Tasmania devil and several wild rabbits. There were few killed wallaby on the way as well. Poor animals.
