I am not interested to do sand surfing but am eager to see a dune 50m high. Stop by the picnic area and was quite disappointed of the view. The picnic area is behing the high dune and the sea is over the dune on the other side. I definitely did not attempt to climb the dune and take in the view on...

I'm rating the dunes not many dunes are accessible without a 4wd though this one is. The Strahan caravan park let's you rent sand boards so you can board the sand. The picnic area was a table. Good parking. Close to the road and about 15 mins...
